Return Policy

If you do not like your KEY products or they arrived damaged, please reach out to us at hello@drinkKEY.com as we want to learn what is not working and make it right. We will work with you to replace your product or initiate a free return for a refund; see below for details.

Please note that returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. There must be no more than three gone from each returned package for a full refund.
