Return Policy

If you don't like your KEY products or they arrived damaged, please reach out to us at hello@drinkKEY.com as we want to learn what is not working and make it right. We will either replace your purchase or issue a refund.

Please note that returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For beverages there must be no more than two gone from each returned package for a full refund.
